Evelyn Alter (Anxiety Rework)

I reworked a quick drawing I made in October. I was simply playing around with anatomy and lighting effect to generate a sense of horror when I started. In this reworked version I tried to depict a more detailed background and add some dynamic to the piece. I didn't have a specific goal when I started it, so the whole process was all about decision making and trying different stuffs. Clearly, some worked, and some didn't. I include the gif of the process so as to show my thinking process. I hope you guys like it.
*** 9 Dec 2020 UPDATE ***
After my last rework, I'm still not satisfied with the outcome, and therefore, I repainted this piece again. This time I tried to add more details in the background and adjusted the contrast so as to enhance the visual hierarchy. During the refining process, I found this character very similar to Evelyn from League of Legends, and thus I took one step further and changed this piece to a fan art.

Many thanks to Andrew, I became aware of the weakness in my work, and I made several adjustments in this latest version. I also did some studies of hands and gestures so as to fix the anatomy. I also adjusted the facial expression of Evelyn to make her looks more evil. At last, I made several small adjustments to improve the level of completeness.
